businesses, and many philanthropic organizations benefit from the
LJWC’s
“How
Do You Do?”
Hostess program—a terrific
program that welcomes newcomers to our town. In this club effort,
homeowners who are new to Lemont receive a welcome bag filled with
great promotional items from local businesses. Participating
businesses and organizations pay a nominal fee to be included in the
welcome bag, which is then used toward the LJWC’s many local community
support and philanthropic pursuits. |

Home Owners
Welcome to
Lemont! We are pleased to have you as a new resident and want to help
you get acquainted with our town by providing you with a welcome bag.
The bag contains helpful information about Lemont along with
promotional items from many local merchants and organizations.
About two to six
months after you move in, the LJWC receives your name and address so
that we may arrange for you to get your bag. All new residents are
sent a letter with information about where to pick up the bag or
request a delivery from one of our friendly club members. If you have
moved to Lemont within the last year and have not been contacted by
the LJWC, please call the Lemont Chamber of Commerce at 257-5997 to
see if you qualify for the program. Please note that all welcome bag
recipients must be homeowners (renters are not eligible at this time)
and must be new to Lemont. |

organization? Would you like to take advantage of the influx of new
residents to our area?
Then consider
joining the How Do You Do? Hostess program! This program, which is a
joint venture between the Lemont Chamber of Commerce and Lemont Junior
Woman’s Club, provides an invaluable direct marketing opportunity as
well as a way to give back to the community. All the proceeds from
the program go to the many local and national philanthropic efforts
supported by the LJWC. So your contribution goes directly to
supporting the community and those in need!
