Do you want to volunteer? Are you in a position to give back to your community? Would you like to get to know more women in the community? Whatever your reason for joining, Lemont Junior Woman's Club (LJWC) is an organization whose members work together to support our community. We'd love to have you join us!
LJWC members are expected to attend at least 1 of every 3 general meetings, which are typically held the first Wednesday of each month, September - June. See our upcoming events for more information.
Members also choose a specific standing committee to serve on: Community Outreach, Juniorettes, Membership, Philanthropy, or Ways & Means. Committee members attend committee meetings and commit to chairing (1) event/project or volunteering for (3) events/projects throughout the club year. Please review LJWC's standing committee descriptions prior to selecting a committee to serve on.
If you are interested in joining LJWC, complete the applicable new or returning member application. After submitting your application, you will be directed to pay your $60 annual dues via credit card.
Associate memberships are also available for those who have been members for more than 5 years and wish to have a less active role.
